Our City on Mars exhibition launches at Bulwell Riverside

The exhibition has been created by children from Bulwell schools
On Saturday 3 July, the Our City on Mars exhibition officially 'launched' at Bulwell Riverside library.
The artwork for the exhibition has been created by Year 6 pupils from four Bulwell schools - Crabtree Farm, Rufford Primary, Bulwell St Mary's and Snape Wood Primary. With funding support from the Science and Technology Facilities Council, over 200 children have been involved with the project since December 2020, exploring what it would be like to journey and establish a city on Mars.
The exhibition is the result of a brilliant collaboration between the schools, Bulwell Arts Festival, Ignite! Futures, local Councillors, ChalleNGe Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. Rebalancing's Chair Alex Norris MP also attended the launch.
The exhibition is on display at Bulwell Library for the duration of Bulwell Arts Festival - until Saturday 10 July.
